Palmerston North City Council and Rangitāne Pōwhiri for New International Students

Tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou, tēnā koutou katoa. Nga mihi nui ki a koutou katoa.

On Saturday morning, our recently-arrived international students were invited to attend a Pōwhiri organised by Palmerston North City Council, in connection with the local iwi, Rangitāne, at Te Hotu Manawa Marae on Maxwells Line.

This is the first time it’s been able to hold such an event for a couple of years, and it was wonderful to meet with both old and new friends, one which our students will treasure for many years to come.
